Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking will not be refunded.
In the event of severe weather, if we determine that it is unsafe to proceed with your booking, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if Shell Island Cruises/Grand-Mere cancels your tour due to circumstances beyond our control, you will also receive a full refund.
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact our office as soon as possible. Provided sufficient notice is given, there will be no charge for rescheduling.
